Production Planning
in work preparation (M/F/D)
Your tasks:
- Creation and updating of article master data, parts lists, and work plans
- Order entry or order configuration using an ERP system
- Interface communication with design/engineering, purchasing, and sales
- Conversion of work requests from companies into work orders and planning of the required resources such as materials, spare parts, and services
- Tracking and meeting deadlines
- Ensure that planning is coordinated with the operations departments in terms of execution, deadlines, and priorities.
- Independent preparation, calculation, and processing of quotations and orders
Your profile:
- Vocational or commercial qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, production planning, and production control
- Production-oriented, cost- and quality-conscious thinking and acting
- Good understanding of technical contexts
- Structured, effective, and team-oriented approach to work
- Flexibility, commitment, and a sense of responsibility
- Organized approach to work, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken English skills (desirable)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (desirable)
- Confident use of MS Office
